I am an attorney in New York. I am a citizen and resident of the Town of Orangetown, and the County of Rockland.

1. Francis Steven (Frank) DeCarlo. All Records relating to an individual known as “Francis Steven (Frank) DeCarlo”, commonly known as “Frank DeCarlo”- apparently of Cresskill, New Jersey; River Vale, New Jersey; and Alpine, New Jersey. The many addresses to which Mister DeCarlo is linked on the Internet and in the public record, are set forth at Exhibit “A” hereto, and it is believed that each of the listed addresses may be work addresses at which Mister DeCarlo has performed or is currently performing General Contractor services. Mister DeCarlo was apparently born in June of 1967 and is of the age of 56 years old.

The citizens of Piermont, New York and Rockland County, New York oppose Mister DeCarlo’s activities within the State of New York in connection with “Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company”. Mister DeCarlo’s LLC currently seeks to place an abhorrent residential development monstrosity construction directly within the center of Piermont, a picturesque and historic Hudson River Valley village. The DeCarlo development would not only destroy traffic patterns but also pave-over the site of a former Sunoco gasoline station that had underground gasoline tanks, in the process. The DeCarlo development would further flood-out a low-lying village already flooded-out - due to over-development, and due to a soft and tainted small-time local village government violating process mandated by Rockland County, the county within which Piermont sits:
