Limited Liability Company”. Mister DeCarlo’s LLC currently seeks to place an
abhorrent residential development monstrosity construction directly within the
center of Piermont, a picturesque and historic Hudson River Valley village. The
DeCarlo construction would not only destroy traffic patterns but also pave-over
the site of a former Sunoco gasoline station that had underground gasoline
tanks, in the process. The DeCarlo construction would further flood-out a low-lying
village already flooded-out - due to over-development, and due to a soft and tainted
small-time local village government violating process mandated by Rockland
County, the county within which Piermont sits:

The citizens of Piermont, New York and Rockland County, New York oppose Mister DeCarlo’s activities within the State of New York in connection with “Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company”. Mister DeCarlo’s LLC currently seeks to place an abhorrent residential development monstrosity construction directly within the center of Piermont, a picturesque and historic Hudson River Valley village. The DeCarlo construction would not only destroy traffic patterns but also pave-over the site of a former Sunoco gasoline station that had underground gasoline tanks, in the process. The DeCarlo construction would further flood-out a low-lying village already flooded-out - due to over-development, and due to a soft and tainted small-time local village government violating process mandated by Rockland County, the county within which Piermont sits:
