stated [that] the [New York] State Comptroller will be back to complete the
Procurement and [the] last portion of the [R]isk [Assessment]. [Village
Clerk-Treasurer] stated [that] the Village received a letter from the [New
York] State Comptroller’s Office stating that [the New York State Comptroller]
will be doing an audit and will be contacting the Village to schedule a
conference. During the conference [the New York State Comptroller] will
