Sure, outgoing lame-duck Piermont Mayor Bruce
Tucker threw you, the Piermont taxpaying resident, the occasional breadcrumb of
a contact e-mail address or phone number on the “transparent” Village of
Piermont Internet website over the past eight years. Yet Tucker apparently never
once in his feckless eight-year mayoral reign got around to publishing a
comprehensive contact-list fully enabling well-intentioned Piermont residents to contact
their representatives in Village Hall. Like the contact-list printed below.
This was all on purpose, on Bruce Tucker’s part. Bruce Tucker has run Piermont Village Hall like a Puzzle Palace – or a mausoleum, or crypt. A hidden place. A place wherein only deep dark secrets happen. A place purposefully shrouded from the rest of the residents, and at select times for the sole benefit of a privileged few. The perfect substrate for a scam government like Tucker’s.
Now we learn that Bruce Tucker’s anointed mayoral successor Kevin Timoney is apparently of the same mind. On August 20, 2025, Manchurian Candidate Timoney lamented Piermont Village Hall’s susceptibility to FOIL requests from residents as if they were some form of loathsome communicable disease. Quoth Concealer Timoney, on Facebook, in relevant part:

Yet Kevin Timoney is a concealing dunce. FOIL requests are precisely what Piermont needs. FOIL requests, themselves, keep small-time local yokel governments honest. Sunlight is the best disinfectant to apply to planted wannabes like Timoney. FOIL requests are typically a citizen's only shot at knowing the truth when up against the machine. I took out Bruce Tucker's corrupt village government with FOIL, FOIA, and other freedom of information requests - and Bruce and lackey Timoney know that too.
Moreover, when a citizen FOILs a record in
New York State, that citizen is FOILing their OWN damn property which the
citizen owns and which the citizen already paid for. Any ersatz wannabe public
official who even suggests otherwise should be summarily rejected by the electorate and dumped onto the scrap-heap of irrelevant political history.
Kevin Timoney is just Bruce Tucker 2.0, after all.

Yet Bruce Tucker could not hide this contact-list from the New York State Comptroller (OSC). And then, I simply extracted this contact-list from the Comptroller, rightfully so. Pursuant to a FOIL request. The redactions were made by the Comptroller's office to protect certain home contact-information. The remainder, the Comptroller's office deems public record.
Although the below contact-list dates back to last October, keep a copy of it on hand. Like a trophy.
After all, you all paid for it.
