Bruce Tucker's Corporation: REVOKED In New Jersey!

In Piermont New York lately, residents have been searching for the underlying cause of Mayor Bruce Tucker’s rank incompetence as a public official.

The answer? He imported his own rank incompetence from the private sector.

Worse yet, Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker’s private sector incompetence remains extant, to this day. He still doesn’t know what he is doing. I’ll explain.

Witness the below official government records received from the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services.

Bruce Tucker’s Elizabeth, New Jersey restaurant - known as “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon”, a greasy pig barbecue joint - apparently opened circa Year 2004. Bruce Tucker named the corporation “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.”, and made filings in that corporate name in Year 2004 and following.

What we now know from OPRA findings received from the New Jersey State Department of Labor earlier this week, is that Bruce Tucker likely then disassociated himself from the restaurant and the business circa December 13, 2016 – the date which the “Employer Accounts” Division of the New Jersey State Department of Labor lists “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.” as “Inactive”:

But guess what? While Bruce Tucker may well have skipped town out of Elizabeth, New Jersey in 2016, he never dissolved the “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.” corporation. Not to this day. The last Annual Report for Bruce Tucker’s “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.” was filed on June 28, 2016, according to the below documents.

Bruce Tucker apparently just stopped paying attention to his corporation after that, even though his own name continued to remain on-record associated with “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.” as the corporation’s “Secretary”. Tucker apparently did not change the corporation’s address in New Jersey state records after he quit the restaurant, either. Rather, Bruce Tucker just let his corporation lapse, just like any other lazy deadbeat.

Eventually, the State of New Jersey caught up to Bruce Tucker, though. As you can also see from the below documents, the New Jersey State Department of Revenue suspended and revoked Bruce Tucker’s “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.” corporation on January 16, 2019. That suspension and revocation remains on the public record tied to Bruce Tucker’s own inattention and failure, to this day.

Here is how the status of Bruce Tucker’s “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon, Inc.” corporation reads in the New Jersey state records. By the way, the all-CAPS are the work of the State of New Jersey this time, not me - although I did bold-face the word "PAY" for emphasis:

Status: REVOKED FOR NOT FILING ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS”.

“REVOKED FOR FAILURE TO PAY ANNUAL REPORTS”.

As far as New Jersey is concerned, then, Bruce Tucker remains a deadbeat.

Below, you will also see the certification of New Jersey State Treasurer Elizabeth Maher Muoio, reading as follows:

“Said business was Revoked For Failure To Pay Annual Reports on January 16, 2019, and as of the date of this certificate (January 10, 2025), has not been reinstated”.

Nice going, Bruce Tucker. Yet another thing you screwed up. Is there anything in the private sector that you actually did correctly?

Maybe you want to ask Piermont Civic Association to start up a collection to pay your reinstatement costs.
