Will Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker Go Long Into Crypto?

Embattled Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker campaigned in 2017 on the premise that he was a retired successful businessman. That was false. He was no businessman. He was no success:

Prior posts to this Blog explain how Garmento Mayor Bruce Tucker was busted by Good Housekeeping and The Wall Street Journal for falsifying thread-counts on sheets that he sold wholesale:

Prior posts to this Blog also explain how Bruce Tucker’s “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon” at an Elizabeth, New Jersey waterfront location economically failed almost as soon as it opened – that failure confessed by Tucker himself in Tucker’s own testimony before the Elizabeth City Council, no less:

Prior posts to this Blog also explain how Bruce Tucker then converted his “Front Street Smokehouse & Saloon” into the lugubrious “Lava Lounge”, a gangland-style hellhole which terrorized the residential Elizabeth, New Jersey neighborhood in which it was situated:

Yet let’s go back to Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker’s Jersey-accented plaintive wails to Village of Piermont New York voters, that he was somehow a successful Garden State businessman. According to real estate records, Bruce Tucker and his two coventurers formed a real estate holding company called BPB Holding Corp, and early in Year 2005 purchased the property at 1 South Front Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey for Five Hundred-Forty Thousand Dollars (US$540,000).

After a few years of economic failure as a virtually-empty dead pig barbeque joint followed by gangland-style beatdowns on the sidewalk in front of Tucker’s “Lava Lounge”, and perhaps forecasting that he would soon need to start campaigning for Mayor of Piermont in 2017, that same real estate was sold-off in late Year 2016 for the drastically-reduced paltry price of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars (US$400,000).

That’s right. Piermont Garmento Mayor Bruce Tucker held a piece of commercial real estate for almost twelve (12) years, and then sold it off at a dramatic loss of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars (US$140,000).

US$140,000 is over 25% percent of US$540,000. Who invests in a simple piece of commercial real estate to lose 25% of its value over a decade? To quote Piermont Garmento Mayor Bruce Tucker, “Who DOES that?!”

Answer: A non-businessman.

Bruce Tucker could have banked the same US$540,000 in 2005 and it would have been worth about US$678,000 in 2016, if he had simply held onto it. But it was more important for Bruce Tucker to run a flop of a barbeque joint that hardly anyone patronized, and then convert it to a Bacchanalian disaster zone to trash and defile a residential neighborhood populated by families and children - just like Bruce Tucker is seeking to destroy the Village of Piermont with over-development and other awful decision-making now.

So, what’s next for the Jim Cramer of Piermont? What's next for Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker’s top-shelf investment portfolio - now that he got himself decimated in the Elizabeth, New Jersey real estate market?

- Maybe Bruce Tucker will go all-in with Hawk Tuah girl Haliey Welch's next cryptocurrency initiative:

- Maybe Bruce Tucker will await Madoff’s reincarnation and then hand his account numbers over to Bernie.

- Or maybe Bruce Tucker is simply awaiting the return of Enron, rising like the phoenix from the ashes, unlike Tucker's own abject failure of a mayoral "career".

One thing is for sure, though. Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker is the same guy who misspent the Village of Piermont, New York deep into a Nine Million Dollars-and-counting cumulative retrograde Net Position hole:

Whatever Bruce Tucker next invests in - find out, and then SHORT it!
