Any vendor listed above should give the money back, and any donor listed above should demand their money back from Tucker.
What is also striking about the below documents is the identification of "Friends of Bruce Tucker" alias "Bruce Tucker Friends of"[sic], purported to be a 527 nonprofit. (EIN 82-1282881).
According to Pro Publica: "This organization has filed with the IRS for tax-exempt status but has never electronically reported individual contributions or expenditures". [Emphasis added].
Does this mean that Piermont Garmento Mayor ever failed to report anything to any relevant authority or authorities?
I don't know yet.
But I know a few people that will.
