Garmento Mayor, 07-12-2022: "Favoritism Will Be Avoided".

If you live in the Village of Piermont, New York and are in the mood for some real hysterics this morning on this back-to-work Tuesday, then have a look at the Village of Piermont "Procurement Policy" covering 2024 and 2025. It was apparently amended by Piermont's Garmento Mayor Bruce Tucker and his low-life gang of Village Hall miscreants back on July 12, 2022. I sourced it from the massive work-file of the Office of the New York State Comptroller (OSC) that I recently obtained from OSC pursuant to New York's Freedom of Information Law.

Then, if you want to have some REAL fun, match up the strictures of this Piermont Procurement Policy against the Piermont outgoing-payment checkbooks for 2023-2024 and 2024-2025, found here:

Because right now, as we speak, Tom DiNapoli's Office of the New York State Comptroller is doing the exact same thing that we are. It is commonplace for municipalities like Piermont to get snagged on their own procurement policies as the result of New York State Comptroller audits.

Again, good luck ever finding this Piermont Procurement Policy publicly posted on Bruce Tucker's "transparent" Village of Piermont website. Right now, the Garmento Mayor is regretting the fact that he ever applied his imprimatur to this Piermont Procurement Policy, and he wishes that you and the Comptroller would ignore this Piermont Procurement Policy altogether. But guess what? We're not going to let him:
