Piermont, New York!: Meet Your New 475 Piermont Avenue NEIGHBOR, Gerard M. Polidoro alias Jerry Polidoro alias Jerry Bag-Of-Gifts Of Norwood, New Jersey!

This type of thing happens once in a lifetime.

Apparently, one or more people purporting to act on behalf of Gerard M. Polidoro alias "Jerry Polidoro" alias "Jerry Bag-Of-Gifts" of Norwood, New Jersey, are now indicating to local Rockland County "newsfolk" that Jerry Bag-Of-Gifts is no longer connected to Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company. Yet both those Rockland newsfolk and I have already actually seen the Deed for 475 Piermont Avenue.

So why hide the Deed here, right? You can see the Deed too. And the tax read-out. The documents are published below. They are already public record in exactly the form as they appear below.

And here is a portion of my further reply communication back to the Rockland newsfolk today who brought this Bag-Of-Gifts nonsense to my attention today. I ask that all of you please keep the following in mind as well:

"Have you yourself yet checked to see if Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company yet cured its 7+ year default on its Annual Reports since last Thursday? If they have not yet done so, then Gerard Polidoro is still the last-known on-record Manager, Managing Member, and Owner of Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company.

On the other hand, if that "LLC" has cured their 7+ year default since last Thursday, then in theory any new LLC owner would be indicated on one or more of the back filings now public record.

Moreover, if Polidoro truly parted with any interest in the NJ LLC, then there would be at least one document of transfer that the LLC could forward to you today in at least redacted form which would identify any new Manager, Member, Managing Member, or Owner by name..."

If Jerry Bag-Of-Gifts is really and seriously going to try to disassociate himself from Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company, from this horrible planned real estate development, from 475 Piermont Avenue, and from the Village of Piermont generally, then I make the same offer for Jerry Bag-Of-Gifts that I made for Fashion Phil last week:

My fax number is 212-410-2380. It has paper in it. It is ready to receive. If I get a letter directly from Jerry Polidoro, and not from one of his water-carriers, attaching a document or documents conclusively evincing Jerry's PERMANENT exit from Piermont Developers Limited Liability Company, from 475 Piermont Avenue, and from the proposed 447-477 Piermont Avenue development, then I will definitely consider publishing and broadcasting that letter and its attachments, including my forwarding it to REAL journalists - as opposed to faux journalists fronting for Polidor and the commercially-minded pigs of Rockland County.

And oh yeah, last thing for now. Can anyone read the tax bill documents below and let me know if there is any tax due on 475 Piermont Avenue?
